Our Colliers Wood 1 house has 5 large bedrooms, two of them triple and the rest of them double rooms, some of which can be used as a private room for one person. Two bathrooms with shower, a living room with sofas and TV, a small breakfast area, a fully equipped kitchen and a big garden.
Every room has the furniture needed, in perfect condition, some of them also with its own refrigerator, and doors with locks in each one of them. We have central heating, the kitchen is fully equipped to cook whatever you want, fridge, oven, and cupboards to keep guests food stored. Like all of our homes, it has a washer-dryer, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The house is located in zone 3, six minutes away from Colliers Wood station(Northern Line), from where you´ be in Central London in just 20 minutes. The house is also close to several bus stops, two of them 24-hour buses that will take you directly to Victoria Station or Trafalgar Square.
Very close to several supermarkets, Tesco 24 hours, Sainsbury’s, LIDL, and 12 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway station, where you´ll find a major shopping area with clothing stores, Primark, supermarkets, restaurants, 1 pound shops, banks and much more. Colliers Wood is located very close to Wimbledon, a very interesting area in case you want to stay in London, with plenty of jobs of all kinds. The proximity to these two areas, Tooting Broadway and Wimbledon, and its perfect communication with Central London through the Northern line, makes our Colliers Wood house a very good option, and also for its lower cost in case of bookings longer than two weeks, so you can book a longer staying and calmly settle in the city.
– One bed in a shared room, 25 pounds per day. If your book a week or longer, the price will be 150 pounds a week (21.43 pounds a day) from the first day. And if you stay with us longer than two weeks, the price will drop to 135 pounds per week (19,29 pounds) from day one.
– Double room for single use, 40 pounds per day. If you are a week or longer, the price passes to 180 pounds per week (25.71 pounds per day) from the first day.
